Tuesday Trainer Spotlight: Angie Hall

Another Tuesday, another Trainer Spotlight! This week we're spotlighting one of our yoga instructors in Delaware, Angie Hall!

As a former Junior Olympic gymnast Angie has always been passionate about fitness. She became a personal trainer in 2006 and then a certified Yoga Instructor in 2010. Angie’s classes are charged with her positive energy and uplifting spirit. As an instructor, her goal is to unite individuals from all walks of life, as we are all reminded of the love, respect, and gratitude we have for each other, and ourselves. She provides a safe and fun environment for her students to have the best experience in her classes.

Thanks for being a part of our team, Angie! To learn more about this fabulous instructor, read on below!

  • What inspires you to teach fitness or yoga and how did you get started?

I started practicing yoga at the age of 17. I was currently competing as a top level gymnast but had suffered through many injuries and was looking for healing. Yoga has not only helped my body heal but clears my mind, helps me destress, opens my heart, connects me deeply to others and all that surrounds me. I started teaching so I could share this with others. What inspires me the most about teaching fitness/yoga are my students. People and their dreams are so inspiring and I want to help them achieve their goals & dreams in life. Working with them, seeing them progress, getting stronger mentally and physically, encouraging them, and watching them grow & accomplish their dreams gives me so much joy.

  • Favorite Healthy Snack?

  • What are your interests and passion when not teaching fitness/yoga?

I love being outdoors! Paddle boarding, hiking, fishing, biking, camping, and lots of beach time! I also love to cook & spend time with my family & friends.

  • What are your hopes for your class participants?

As an instructor, my goal is to unite individuals from all walks of life, as we are all reminded of the love, respect, and gratitude we have for each other, our planet, and ourselves. I provide a safe and

fun environment for my students to have the best experience during their workouts & make sure they leave class feeling ready to take on any challenge!

  • What is unique or special about teaching in a workplace environment?

Teaching in a workplace environment is a special experience because it brings employees together, gives them a positive place to unwind from work, and a convenient place to get a good workout! I also love the uplifting energy it brings to the work environment!
