Join the Active Workplace in a four-week fitness and wellness challenge and see how a regular routine of mind and body exercises can help SO much. We’ll provide you with motivation, accountability and FUN, FRIENDLY competition!
How Does it Work?
Each morning of the challenge, we’ll send you an email with the following:

A pre-recorded 12-min muscle-specific workout for the day

Links to four live streamed fitness classes a day
-
Nutrition/wellness challenge (changes weekly)
How Do I Earn Points?
Participants earn points by successfully completing the weekly nutrition/wellness challenge and daily workout. Every Monday morning, leaderboard participants submit a simple “progress report” form to The Active Workplace trainers and cash in on their points. We then update a leaderboard on the private website so participants can see where they stand!
Is the Challenge for ALL Levels?
All levels are welcome to participate as modifications are given throughout the 12-minute muscle specific videos and live classes if needed!
